I spent years working in the wedding industry, close to couples who had poured their hearts into every detail. And yet in so many of them I witnessed something that quietly broke mine. Disconnection. Two people who loved each other deeply, moving through the most sacred day of their lives on autopilot. Afterwards, the words were always the same: “It went so fast. I don’t think I was really there.

I’ve spent years immersed in the world of weddings, surrounded by beauty, devotion, and extraordinary love stories. I’ve witnessed the magic that unfolds when two people choose one another in front of the people who matter most.
And what I know for certain is this:
A wedding is not just an event.
It is a threshold. A portal. A becoming.
Yes, the dress matters. The venue matters. The flowers, the music, the atmosphere, they all hold meaning. They create the container.

As a wedding doula, transformational coach, breathwork facilitator, and celebrant, my mission is to guide you through an inner preparation journey, one that honours that this moment is far bigger than a single day.
